Carter Custer

Carter's passion for real estate began with his family's background in architecture, who showed him the value of mixed-use design. He graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s of business administration in finance, and later earned a master's of science in real estate from the University of Washington.

Carter began his career as a development associate at a real estate investment firm in Seattle, working on mixed-use multifamily developments. He played a key role in the delivery of numerous projects in Seattle's core markets.

Driven by a passion for enhancing Seattle’s real estate scene, Carter is dedicated to adding value to apartment projects across his hometown. Outside of work, he coaches basketball and tries to squeeze in a round of golf whenever he can.
