Kevin Falk

Kevin Falk began his real estate career in 2010. During his tenure, Kevin has managed over 15 million square feet of multifamily, office, industrial, retail, medical, and data center properties. Before establishing Nordic Partners Investments, he worked for prominent companies such as CBRE, Kidder Mathews, and Microsoft. Kevin's primary focus is to assist clients in maximizing their real estate returns by acquiring distressed assets and repositioning them with Nordic's construction team.

A University of Washington alum, Kevin has been a lifelong Seattle resident. His extensive local knowledge grants him a unique understanding of all sub-markets and rental trends, which is invaluable for navigating investment strategies within Nordic's business model.



In his leisure time, Kevin enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, and spending time at his family's beach house. He is also actively involved as a volunteer mentor in the Big Brother Program, a commitment he has maintained since 2019.
