Michael Peterson

Michael’s passion for real estate began with the purchase of his first rental property and quickly grew into a career defined by hands-on ownership, asset management, and operational leadership. Over the years, he has managed and overseen portfolios totaling more than 250 residential units, including single-family homes, multifamily properties, and complex commercial assets, along with a wide range of construction and improvement projects.

His experience extends into the luxury short-term rental sector, where he managed high-value assets ranging from $6 million to $60 million. In this role, Michael worked closely with industry-leading executives, investors, and international clientele, developing a strong command of asset performance, operational efficiency, and risk management at the highest levels of the market.

Michael has also managed regulated and subsidized housing assets, including HUD-affiliated and cooperative housing properties, requiring strict compliance, detailed reporting, and disciplined financial oversight. This experience gives him a deep understanding of operational accountability across both private and government-regulated real estate environments.
