Laundry

Laundry is a necessity, not a profit center. Washer/dryers in room when possible. Laundry mats always free and utilize top end machines in a clean, well lit space.

Every great community is built on the foundation of safety. Every property receives a safety overhaul. Dark exterior areas become well lit, trash areas well lit, privacy fencing where necessary, new locks, and lighted walking from parking to building.

I have been renting apartments in Seattle since 2018 and I noticed that property management is important in how I determine if I should keep staying at the property. Out of all the property managers I have worked with, I can say with confidence that Nordic Partners has been the best. They have been great managers, very responsive and friendly, who care about tenants, and work hard to improve the building. I am happy staying at Nordic Heights Apartments and even more so after seeing improvements such as extra new laundry machines for free use, new paint around the building, replacing old dumpster bins with larger ones, plants for decoration, and roof repairs. Maintenance has been fast and gets the job done well. The online portal is very useful and communication through email and text is efficient. I highly recommend people who are looking for a new place to live to rent out spaces managed by Nordic Partners. I am excited for more property to be added and look forward to the expansion.
